Gmail - Add a signature

Here are the 5 steps that it takes to add a signature: Click on an image below if you would like to see a step in detail

Step 1 - Click the Gear Icon in the right of the page

Step 2 - Click on Settings

Step 3 - Make sure that the General Tab is selected and then scroll down the page until you see the signature block

Step 4 - Make sure that the signature button is selected and then add whatever you would like for your signature in the box. You can select the text and format it as you wish. After you have added your signature scroll down to the bottom of the page.

Step 5 - Click on save changes and then click on the Mail link in the black bar at the top of the page.
